RecommendedThere is a very caring core staff at RCPP! The new leadership team cares & has made great strides in hanging the culture. It is an older quaint, clean facility!! The Rehab Team is amazing!!
This place is horrible! Please do not send your loved one here. They are currently neglecting my sister. They won’t bring her a bed pan or water. She had to go to the bathroom in her bed and they care and took the sheet from the bed and left her to sleep on plastic all night. We cannot visit her because of the Covid and the restrictions on no visitors policy.
RecommendedThe staff is vert patient and professional. The facility is clean and well ran. We can’t thank them enough for helping our special needs sister get better after a surgery. Osage Rehab is the best!
Staff was cursing in the hallway and carring on not tending to patients. Patient care didn't seem to be the top priority in this place.

If you care anything about your love one STAY AWAY from this place. The quality of care is totally unsatisfactory. No matter how many times you complain about the same issues all you get is broken promises. I'm hoping to get my Mom out of there ASAP. I have to go there daily to keep them half-way on their feet. She doesn't get regularly scheduled baths, they will not give her set-up trays as been requested over and over again. They regularly lose clothes even though I wash them myself. Demolition that old building & start over. No AC, its so hot. This place is awful
I've stayed there twice because of an injury and it's a really nice place to rehab and get better. The nursing staff, rehabilitation folks, CNAs and the staff in general are very nice people. The food isn't too bad either :)
