Very clean and the workers are great. They are super helpful and very respectful. John, Jesse, and Trey are also very good trainers.
My husband an I started going to the gym in Fairfax about a year ago after seeing what a great experience our son was having working out with Jonathan in the afternoons. Seeing the time and energy he puts in with everyone especially the teens has been great. He is keeping them focused on the positive and putting the time into their fitness rather than running the streets getting into trouble.
Amazing people good gym in the afternoon noon John/staff will help you. Need a partner ask John!!!
Amazing home town gym! Safe and sanitized environment. And always get an amazing workout in. Also I want to give thanks to John who works in the day for helping me with my form when working out, and encouraging me and others I’ve seen to keep going.
