My husband an I started going to the gym in Fairfax about a year ago after seeing what a great experience our son was having working out with Jonathan in the afternoons. Seeing the time and energy he puts in with everyone especially the teens has been great. He is keeping them focused on the positive and putting the time into their fitness rather than running the streets getting into trouble.

Amazing home town gym! Safe and sanitized environment. And always get an amazing workout in. Also I want to give thanks to John who works in the day for helping me with my form when working out, and encouraging me and others I’ve seen to keep going.

Very clean and organized gym. Several different machines to workout on. From the moment you walk in, it feels very welcoming. The environment is friendly. Jonathan has went out of his way to be there for my son and teach him the proper way to lift and become stronger, not just physically but mentally. It shows how much he cares for the people who are willing to put in the work.
