I have very high regard for the Osage Nation Fitness Center and the individual who manages it in the evenings. My daughters, bonus son, and I attend regularly during this time, and Mr. Johnathan consistently demonstrates exceptional helpfulness. This place, has really made me comfortable to go and work out. I really have a great time, and I learn something new everyday. The best thing is the trainer Johnathan, who is a great guy. Who actually shows passion for people who are weightlifting. 2nd best thing is the music is very good for a metal head, like me. If your on the area definitely try it out.
The Fairfax fitness center is a great place for people who are new to working out. Evenings are a super fun time to be there, and there's always a positive, encouraging energy. Jonathan is very helpful, and he's super awesome to be around when you need that go-for-it, you-got-this energy and encouragement. He has shared lots of helpful workouts that have been so effective I've added them to my routine. All in all, it's a 10 out of 10.
