This was my first time to do anything like this by myself so I decided to stay in silence for 24 hours. Sheila was wonderful, she explained everything to me and showed me around. The meditation and readings were fantastic. I spent my afternoon in the woods on trails and on the Labyrinth. The food was also very good.
