Had an appointment because I was having heart problems.. Literally got into an argument with the “Doctor” Johanna Smalley, ARNP. She isn’t a good person at all.. she was belittling and disrespectful! I walked out of my appointment early and crying. If you’re going here see JULIE POTTER!

Went to the ER with extreme pain in my ear from some kind of infection. Told them the pain was so bad I was thinking of taking my own life. I was given ear drops but wasn't even offered a Tylenol for the pain. I don't know about the rest of you but I'm tired of being treated like a drug addict when it comes to pain management. This isn't the first time this clinic has treated me like a second class citizen when I come in with a genuine issue. I have a hiatal hernia with a complication that gives me heart palpations. When there due to an accident on my leg, they literally did nothing for me, but watch at my leg , not even a pill for the pain I was feeling , not even a gaze on it. Nothing.
Overall a good visit but, once again the people who abuse their pain meds make it hard for the people with chronic pain and illnesses that require medication. No pain meds, I guess I'll scream until I'm better, this sucks, because my illness will never go away just progress. Wow doctors, get a clue they're are some responsible patients.
