Went in to pick up my car after getting an estimate from a rear end accident. Adjuster told me I had to remove it from the lot or I was going to get charged for storage. Very unpleasant attitude from one of the office people.
I hit a deer and went for an estimate. I was impressed with professionalism and friendliness. Unfortunately the damage exceeded the vehicle value, but I would otherwise not hesitated to have the repairs there.
