I am in Ft Myers Florida and we just went through a really bad Hurricane, I just saw an Osage Ambulance District Ambulance go by with lights and siren to help someone here in Cape Coral. I cant say Thank you enough for coming all the way down here to SW Florida and helping us during this incredibly challenging time. It is so heartwarming to know we are not alone.
There are no words to express our gratitude for Kim and Victor’s care for my father today. He had to be transported from University hospital in MO to Overland Park. They waited patiently for all of our family to arrive and talk with my father before he entered rehab. As soon as they found his room Kim cam outside to show us where dad’s room was while Victor helped my dad get settled. They opened the window so that we could tell dad where he was. We will never forget the kindness that they showed our family!
All around great customer service! I would highly recommend.
