As with all contractors get a signed contract and in detail. With HVAC systems make sure the system is designed and sized properly. I can’t complain about how Suzette the office manger and I got long on the phone. She always seemed to try and do her best. Pablo is a decent young man. I cannot recommend this company to take care of my or your HVAC needs. I would really steer clear of them have look at the google review and yelp reviews/scores. Extremely disappointed with OSA Heating & Cooling in Stratford. We paid in full for work that not only failed to resolve the issue, but unfortunately made it worse. After repeatedly calling for hours with no response, we were finally told they had never performed services for us—even though I have a paid invoice proving otherwise. Instead of taking accountability and addressing the issue, we were told it would cost an additional $250 just for them to come inspect it. I've used OSA on several projects, new homes, renovations and for my personal home. Always do a great job, very responsive and fairly priced.

They purposely overcharge you to demotivate you signing the contract that locks them into terms and work that they actually don’t want to do. This is actually a common trick that some HVAC companies will use. They wanted to charge me 6k extra for an instal that they said would take two weeks to do, for an HVAC unit that was way oversized for my place. I contacted Mobilio & Sons and they charged me the correct amount did the work in one day and any small issue that arose that I couldn’t handle myself, they were more than happ... read more
