Not a positive experience at all. Didn't fix my car and ignored my calls, charged over $1000 to actually not fix the problem Dishonest business and the "good" reviews I see are misleading and I'd suggest probably done by the business to pad their poor reputation. Don't waste your money or time be warned.
My best advice is to stay well clear of this business. Charged for 5 hours "diagnostics" and changed a "part" that ultimately did fix the problem. Not even remotely interested in addressing it after. Unprofessional and incompetent and I'm being polite. Possibly the worst auto electrical business in North Brisbane. Took the vehicle to another business and they were dumbfounded by what I experienced. Stay clear from this guy as he is at best not a very good tradesmen, at worst he is a crook. USe at youir own risk.
