My 1st visit with OS1 earlier this week for a wrist problem was a pleasant surprise. The office was very nice, clean and spacious. The staff and Doctor was FANTASTIC!! I was able to get an x-ray and MRI all in one visit. If you live in the Madison or West Huntsville area and need a great place to get an injury looked at quickly and efficiently please check this place out. You won't be disappointed.
I can honestly say the Brock's Gap location was wonderful. Dr Perry and Dr. Watts took their time on two different occasions to listen to what my major complaint is and even though I had originally came in for my back and was diagnosed with Ridiculopathy, with a couple of x-rays they were able to determine my neck is the reason my right arm is in severe pain! I broke my pinky toe quite nastily about a month ago and decided to visit here instead of the ER to have it looked at. It was the best decision I could’ve made! ALL of the staff have been so kind, caring, and gracious to me. I’ve had many good laughs with everyone and felt super comfortable each and every time. I called to make an appointment and a “person” answered the phone!! She was so nice and kind! She made me an appointment without any stress. The pre-check in process was simple and easy even through it was online. Their system worked great without any glitches! The wait period was short, the X-Ray technician was very patient and gentle! The doctor and nurse was thorough. They took their time examining my injury and explaining to me about my injury and my treatment process. This was my 2nd time coming here, and once again Kaley, Parker, and most importantly Ms. Brenda were AMAZING! I came in last minute—just 15 minutes before closing—and they still got me seen quickly. Everyone was so kind, patient, and genuinely sweet. They turned what could’ve been a stressful visit into such a positive experience. They all deserve raises—thank you for taking such great care of me!
