I had a great experience at OS1 with a recent knee injury. I was able to make a same day appointment at a convenient time. The staff were kind and professional, and I got taken back at my appointment time. The doctor was helpful and patient with all my questions, and I was even able to get an MRI done immediately after seeing the doctor. I would definitely go back again if I have a future need.
They got me in quickly after I rolled my ankle. I was back in x-ray less than 10 minutes after arrival and then directly to a room. The entire process took less than an hour but it never felt rushed. I would highly recommend Dr. Perry, Ashley and the whole staff at OS1!
My family has had a great experience here. I appreciate that they take emergencies walk in situations because life happens when you least expect it and don’t always have time to wait for months for an appointment. The staff and doctor were extremely kind and helpful. Loved the open MRI. We will definitely go back if we have injuries in the future.
Broke my hand and they did an excellent job start to finish nursing me back to health. The explanations were great The staff was great the process was great. I have previously torn to meniscus and been through this process and it was a much more painstaking horrible process back then with a different company this company is top-notch!
What an EXCELLENT experience I had at OS1 Hoover. It was the day after Christmas and the care was outstanding. Everyone was helpful, kind, courteous, and KNEW their STUFF. They listened, offered clear protocols, and I left knowing that my knee had received the best attention possible. THANK YOU!
