I had a great experience at OS1! After months of waiting to get into another place, I called OS1 with a foot injury and was able to get treated the very same day. I went during my lunch break and was able to get an x-ray and diagnosis right away. The clinic was spacious, clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They made the entire process easy and stress-free. I couldn’t recommend this place more highly – excellent service all around!
Every single person we interacted with from Natalie at the front desk to the trainer to the doctor were amazing. Everyone was thorough in their evaluations and took time with my daughter. The doctor made a plan for her and Will even be doing the follow up. The trainer came back in to make sure that we had everything before we left. We will definitely be back if needed and will refer our dance studio here!
We’ve had such a good experience here. We were able to get in as a walk-in appointment very quickly. Everyone up front was so polite and helpful. The nurses went out of their way to help my son make sure he was comfortable and cared for. Would highly recommend.

On 12/24/24 my son was treated at an urgent care for a dislocated elbow. The doctor referred us to this location, stating they accept Medicaid. Came in on 12/26/2024 and was asked to pay out of pocket since the urgent care didn’t send a referral. Was told I would receive my money back which was $400.00 once they got the referral from the urgent care.
