I had an accident on a Saturday and needed to be checked out for fractures/breaks and soft tissue damage. Reached out to my primary care physician Sunday morning who sent me to OS1-Hoover. I was able to secure a 1:30 appointment that day. New, spacious and very nice facility, and all staff I encountered from front desk to x-ray tech to doc were all extremely professional, empathetic and thorough. In 1.5 hrs, I came away with a plan. My 1st visit with OS1 earlier this week for a wrist problem was a pleasant surprise. The office was very nice, clean and spacious. The staff and Doctor was FANTASTIC!! I was able to get an x-ray and MRI all in one visit. If you live in the Madison or West Huntsville area and need a great place to get an injury looked at quickly and efficiently please check this place out. You won't be disappointed.
We were able to get in immediately and then had virtually no wait to get an X-ray. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. I will absolutely use OS1 in the future and recommend them to my friends.
I can honestly say the Brock's Gap location was wonderful. Dr Perry and Dr. Watts took their time on two different occasions to listen to what my major complaint is and even though I had originally came in for my back and was diagnosed with Ridiculopathy, with a couple of x-rays they were able to determine my neck is the reason my right arm is in severe pain! This was my 2nd time coming here, and once again Kaley, Parker, and most importantly Ms. Brenda were AMAZING! I came in last minute—just 15 minutes before closing—and they still got me seen quickly. Everyone was so kind, patient, and genuinely sweet. They turned what could’ve been a stressful visit into such a positive experience. They all deserve raises—thank you for taking such great care of me!
