We had a great experience. The Nurse Practitioner was very thorough and kind. My son was in a lot of pain when we arrived, and the NP did everything he could to make him more comfortable. I never felt rushed, and they got the MRI approved quickly without any problems. They also followed up on the referral to a surgeon right away, which we really appreciated.
