The instructor is an amazing person always open to hear from you. He is highly professional and I will highly recommend his services to anyone!
Os holds calm and grounded space for anyone willing to go within either through meditation or through a guided yoga practice. His offering of live guitar playing which he brings in sometimes, supports even further relaxation and reflection. His coaching is empathic and unobtrusive. I would join the sessions so much more frequently if I was closer to the area, because I’m quite far away.
Nice and relaxing environment :)
OG is an excellent spiritual guide, his help was essential to learn to meditate. I highly recommend him.
