I would go to O’s a couple years back and service was amazing! Today I took my brand new truck and honestly there was not even much to vacuum or to do other to just wash it. I paid $50 for them to wash it good and it took them 15 minutes. They didn’t even take there time and there are white spots from bird poop on my windshield I Won’t come back. I will go to another place

I really don't like giving bad reviews but I'm hoping maybe, just maybe, it gets noticed and improvements are made. O's used to be the go-to place for a high quality car wash. They used to offer amazing value and service. In recent years however the service has become awful, their prices inflated, and the facilities are falling apart. You can literally hear the machinery screeching from down the block. There's other options in town, none offering what O's used to. Great service, and awesome staff to work through your detail needs. These guys are new to the business, moved over from tri-cities area, if use stop at O's before come back and give these guys a chance to become your new detailers.
