I would never recommend Otis as an inspector. The report was low quality with a lot of missing details and it was delayed by multiple days which delayed my entire deal. There were so many details missed, it is unbelievable and now it is costing me as the owner. Your home purchase is one of your biggest purchases of your life don't have this inspector ruin it for you.

I used this company once and he was ok at best. Then I used him a second time and it was not good at all. Lost the pictures. Missed items on the report and brought his wife to the inspection. He would not refund any part of their payment. Not professional. Not certain what has happened to him but I would move on.

Otis was very thorough and honest in his inspection. When he found things that needed improvement he explained the long term effects of what could happen. He was very friendly and passionate about his work. It was definitely a great experience with this being my first time going through this process.

So Otis was referred to me by a friend who raved about him being good at his craft. I wondered if this home inspector could live up to the hype and deliver. Otis exceeded my expectations. He explained every pipe, crack, ding, anything I asked about. He also checked if I had any questions. He informed me of the life expectancy of the appliances.
