A rock busted our radiator on a road trip, and the team at Os-car’s Auto Repair went above and beyond to fit us into their schedule. We were in and out in under three hours, from diagnosis to repair completion. They were knowledgeable and kind, even staying late to finish the job so we could continue on our road trip with minimal delay. My only regret is that we can’t use them for ongoing maintenance since we don’t live in the area. Thank you!!

I own an auto repair shop outside of Richmond, VA. I had a customer with a defective alternator land here in her travels. We carry a 24mo/24k mile nationwide warranty, and these guys hooked her right up, sent me the bill through text (and receipt). Going above and beyond getting her back on the road earlier than expected, giving her the defective alternator to get it where it needs to go, and found an old core laying around to cover the defective core cost.
