As a property manager reliable contractors are a necessity, it's been nothing but an amazing experience having Oscar and his team on deck for any job big or small. They do amazing work in Chicago and the suburbs, most importantly they do it right the first time and for an affordable fair price. Sarai in the office is amazing as well, I can't say enough about their professionalism and how easy they are to work with!
I have been using Oscar and his crew for 10 years, he is always right on time and he gives the best service and his prices are always the best out there, I have called other companies but no one comes close to O.r.z. Construction, the work he does is unbelievable craftsman, do not use anyone else, I give him 10/10 for his work! He knows how to do everything from floors to paint to kitchens and it’s the best.
