The staff were lovely. The speed of booking and the consultation xray stress free. The xray was sent quickly.
I came to have an xray and was revived pretty immediately. The technician immediately advised me of the outcome and referred me on. I was pleased with the service and how fast it was.
I visited Oryon Imaging today for an MRI while in quite a bit of pain. From the moment I arrived, Andrew at the front desk went out of his way to help. He was incredibly warm, approachable and genuinely caring. Despite the busy schedule, he managed to fit me in and made the whole process feel less stressful. His kindness and professionalism made a real difference. Thank you Andrew.
It’s impossible to use their website. You call them only to be told to book online and then find you have to call them instead.
Dangerous, please avoid. Their radiologist assessing the images is really bad, he missed a critical lesion in my knee and even though it was noted in the referral and is hard to miss... Report is very short and sloppy. MRI scan is useless unless it is correctly interpreted. Really disappointed.
