I started my inquiries for a YAT its now been 13 hours and no contact from that team. The 24/7 number is no longer in service due to a mix up and is out of of order for the foreseeable future. This is an extremely amatuer team if you choose to use them do so with the expectation of slow and or poor service.
People may say that I’m saying this because I have “mental problems” but this place honestly made me worse. DO NOT RECOMMEND It’s a shame not all patients get the same care as everyone else. Nothing to do apart from sitting in front of a tv. I really do hate to say it because it’s the only choice for most people but this place is a joke.there to busy treating people coming down off drugs then actually treating the people with mental health issues.shout out to Angus the social worker he was amazing tho very helpful.
