We have a bar and grill with a family atmosphere located on the water with two outdoor patios with large tables for big groups. Every Wed from May till October we have Western Wednesday which includes our delicious $3.00 tacos with homemade toritillas and salsa bar, line dancing lessons and karaoke. Every Thurs thru Sat from 5pm till 9pm we have our delicious Steak and Lobster dinner with all the fixings plus salad and bread for only $21.99. Okie Tacos! You can watch the boats launch into the Delta from the restaurant at Orwood Resort, which is known for their "Okie Tacos"! Better yet, come here by water and not by land!
Orwood Resort Inc is fun This is a fun place to go. It is a great place to launch the boat and the food is great also. It is fun to take the kids and let them enjoy the sun and water and also the trains.
Orwood Resort Inc has good boat access. Ah, Orwood...I met my spouse at Orwood back in the day...so it will always have a special place in my heart. If you're camping here, know that there is a train that blasts it's horn in the middle of the night. Other than that, it's a great place to launch your boat and if you eat at the restaurant go for the Oakie Tacos. They're HUGE but delicious. Interesting place by the river Orwood Resort is only open in the summer, so you have to catch it at the right time. They have a small indoor restaurant, with outdoor seating about twice as big. The outdoor seating is nice, with a view of the dock, and it is interesting to watch people launch all during your meal. The food is good and the prices are reasonable.
