Excellent customer service again from Orwell's..I rang first thing this morning as I had a huge wood screw in my rear tyre, spoke to Neil the service manager and then stew the van driver .both went above and beyond and my bike was picked up mid morning and a new tyre fitted ,ready for riding away at 13.30.all at a decent price..this is why I buy my bikes from them.the best dealers by far around east anglia.very professional and friendly..thanks guys ..also the sales department are excellent too.😁

I dealt with Alex for the purchase of a new S1000gt+ and can honestly say he was flawless in his commitment and communication throughout the process. He also kept me informed of progress as I had to wait for the bike to be delivered from Suzuki and accommodated all of the optional extras I had put on the bike. Credit to him and all of the team who I dealt with at Orwell as there customer service was excellent.
