The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The sizing for the dog coat was difficult to figure out so I bought 2 sizes and their return policy made it easy to return the one that does not fit. For reference he has a 30 inch chest 36 inches long and is wearing a large. The boots are from a different company. the coat is more of a rain style but keeps him warm and his fur dry.
