The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The sizing for the dog coat was difficult to figure out so I bought 2 sizes and their return policy made it easy to return the one that does not fit. For reference he has a 30 inch chest 36 inches long and is wearing a large. The boots are from a different company. the coat is more of a rain style but keeps him warm and his fur dry. Excellent professional service and variety of products
I just purchased a few items from Eddie Bauer and the staff that assisted me were beyond awesome. they assisted me with what I was looking for and even went into the back stockroom to see if they had anything and they came back with a very nice flannel shirt on sale for $25. I would highly recommend that you definitely check out Eddie Bauer.
I stopped by today. Amazing customer service. They are not one of the best...but simply the best all around.
