Not impressed....... I was at Orvis today 12/29/07, and I was all but impressed. I was in the Fly Fishing section in the back, looking at flies, and not once did anyone approach me and offer any help. I was interested in buying a 35 dollar fly box, which you got 1 dozen flys free. I wanted some help picking some of the better flies, but nobody wanted to help, and after being in the store for over 20 minutes with no help, I just decided to leave. Skip this store Smaller selection then most Orvis stores. Call it 'Orvis light'. Add litterally 30 minutes to driving timevdue to bad traffic in Tysons area. Always worth drive to Arlington store.
fishing extravaganza This is a place for any serious fisherman. It is mainly an outlet store which is a good thing because Orvis makes very high quality products and you can always find them here for a good price
