We purchased a new refrigerator from Orville's Home Appliances in Webster, NY about a week ago. Our entire experience was great! The salesmen were polite and knowledgeable. We're senior citizens and don't like to bend a lot to reach something in the frig or freezer sections. After looking at three or four refrigerators, we decided to purchase a beautiful LG brand store model with French doors. 2 full weeks without stove that is only 2 year old. Received the run around from the store in Henrietta. My husband spent the best of 2 weeks to find out who can repair the stove. we also have the extended warranty. He found out that you have to call the Buffalo store to schedule an appointment for repair. every step of the way the Henrietta store could not not help us. Negative (-) Stars, the system would not accept this so they received 1 star. Orville's delivered a severely dented stove that showed the dents when installed I contacted them in regards to this and sent pictures of the dents clearly showing the visible dents after installation. The shipping manage Phil was not concerned, his behavior was disrespectful. I am ashamed to do any business with Orville's the way I was treated. They are selling the same product as everyone else. Orville's Home Appliances is knowingly selling Samsung products with defective black stainless steel finishes. The black stainless steel is peeling off. Orville's says you need to call Samsung. Samsung is doing nothing about this issue. The Orville's service manager, Jeff, does not return phone calls. Shame on Orville's. I have been a loyal customer since 1993. I've purchased all my appliances for my home and rental property here. The one time I have a problem they do nothing to help. Pathetic !
