Accepted delivery of a damaged fridge in October with the assurance of a new door was on the way. January 3 service shows up with wrong door. After THREE MONTHS of dealing with rude ignorant and obnoxious “customer service “ was told another door will be ordered. Incompetence and lying are the norm here so I expect another three month wait. Made many purchases here in the past, obviously company has gone down hill quickly.
This company is terrible with customer service after the sale. We purchased a dryer and an extended warranty. 18 months after purchase the dryer broke and we called to ask the process. They gave us the wrong information for service after the dryer was serviced they would not reimburse even though they gave us the wrong information. On top of that they were rude and very unhelpful. DO NOT BUY here if you want customer service after the sale.
Couldn't be more dissapointed. We purchased a dishwasher from Orvilles's in Webster, NY. The top rack was completely defective. It always got jammed, the side mount was coming off the frame and the top shelf couldn't hold more than a pound or two of dishes before it would start to collapse. I will never purchase any products from Orville’s Home Appliances again. After purchasing a microwave that was over $1300 and is about to burn my house down, I was told that I had to deal with the manufacturer? I could not return the microwave, or receive any assistance from the store that we bought it from. Customer service was completely unhelpful and inconsiderate. Purchased 6 appliances , full kitchen and laundry room. I made it very clear during the purchasing process that I wanted all of the old appliances hauled away as well as all boxes and garbage that they would create while Unpackaging the new appliances. On the day of delivery and installation 3 out of the 4 men that came to do the work were rude. I've had nothing but issues and consistently being lied or misinformed each and every step after the sale. My suggestion is to go elsewhere as they have told me now. They want to give me my money back and pick up my refrigerator. I was fortunate enough to be only the 2nd person to ever speak with the owner in 30 years of the service managers career with the company after he told me that I would never speak with the Owner/CEO I'm my life time. Hi I just recently called as my broiler on my oven has stopped working. I bought my stove at the end 2016. That is only 5 years old. I have had 2 stoves last for 20 years. Now I am told you won't service anything out of warranty and send me elswhere. Are you kidding? I am completely dissatisfied with this customer service. I will pass this poor service onto social media. I can see by your reveiws I am not the only dissatisfied customer.
BUYER BEWARE!!!! This company is a scam. I will not EVER purchase anything from the company ever again. I purchased a refrigerator and was pushed by salesman to also buy $129.00 warranty, with full reimbursement if never used! I call and they inform me I have past the time frame to claim money!!! Also that it is only 50 percent refunded with the proper paperwork filled out. I NEVER received and paperwork along with warranty....they ONLY took my money.
We bought a refrigerator from Orvilles. The appliance was fine but the delivery was awful! First, they gave us a 2 hour window which they did not call and were an hour late. I can forgive that issue. Second, they refused to wear masks! Third, when they removed our old fridge, they refused to put down ground cloths on our new carpet and a bunch of rusty water stained the carpet. They told us it was our problem!!! All this that I had to pay $59! I have been doing business with Orvilles for 35 years. Never again!
