Very poor service. Equally poor technical support. Very ready to apologize, but not ready to rectify the problem they caused, which cost me $200.
The appliances are the same all over ,,, be very careful and watch with the installations. The installers know wat they are doing but do shoddy work and by the time it is noticed you may get so frustrated with them that you just dont want to call & complain or want them back in your home so you have to deal with it. Measurements, make sure everything is perfect because they will leave your refridgerator in the middle of kitchen & tell you to figure it out yourself & wont wait 5 minutes for an adjustment.... We got a new Kitchen Aid refridgerator, and a new GE range for the house from Netzman's and we love it. Definitely got a great deal on both, and we really like supporting local business. Since they are in Webster we will always go there again if we need a new appliance. - V. L.
