Accepted delivery of a damaged fridge in October with the assurance of a new door was on the way. January 3 service shows up with wrong door. After THREE MONTHS of dealing with rude ignorant and obnoxious “customer service “ was told another door will be ordered. Incompetence and lying are the norm here so I expect another three month wait. Made many purchases here in the past, obviously company has gone down hill quickly.

Couldn't be more dissapointed. We purchased a dishwasher from Orvilles's in Webster, NY. The top rack was completely defective. It always got jammed, the side mount was coming off the frame and the top shelf couldn't hold more than a pound or two of dishes before it would start to collapse. We requested a new dishwasher and they refused. They forced my family to keep a defective dishwasher. BUYERS BEWARE: all sales are final at Orville's. They will not replace defective appliances. I've had nothing but issues and consistently being lied or misinformed each and every step after the sale. My suggestion is to go elsewhere as they have told me now. They want to give me my money back and pick up my refrigerator. I was fortunate enough to be only the 2nd person to ever speak with the owner in 30 years of the service managers career with the company after he told me that I would never speak with the Owner/CEO I'm my life time. We purchased a new refrigerator from Orville's Home Appliances in Webster, NY about a week ago. Our entire experience was great! The salesmen were polite and knowledgeable. We're senior citizens and don't like to bend a lot to reach something in the frig or freezer sections. After looking at three or four refrigerators, we decided to purchase a beautiful LG brand store model with French doors.
