Staff and doctor are very friendly and knowledgeable. However, the wait time to be seen is absolutely ridiculous!!! Not sure why they make appointments and ask you to arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to have you sitting in the lobby full of people waiting to be seen for a MINIMUM of an hour and a half every time!!!!
I went to see Dr. Dyce bc so many of my friends spoke so highly of him. I was so hopeful & excited to be there bc of a possible brain tumor I have. Needless to say I walked in just knowing I'd finally get some answers, but I left there crying. Actually, he left me there asking a question as he walked off & down the hall, mid-sentence! I had so much anxiety leading up to my appointment. I’m a new patient . I had sinus surgery October 31, 2023 by another ENT. It was unsuccessful. All I could think about was “I don’t want another surgery!” He really made me feel so much better talking another approach to my sinus issues. I’m glad I’m a patient.
Staff was excellent, really professional and courteous. NP and Dr. friendly and both took the time to throughly explain the my situation for relief. Definitely WILL refer others to this office. Thank you
I will have to say,I'm very thankful for a Doctor who actually cares! Been having issues for a while and he took the time to listen and make a plan. He explains everything thoroughly and in a way that the patient understands. It's so hard finding thorough doctors these days but he is a God sent!
