Our dog is very nervous and sometimes I worry that he is not the easiest to groom. We take him to Orval's because he does not like to have he nails clipped and they do a great job handling that. The only issue that I have ran into with Orval's is that they have FORGOT to call us to come pick up our dog after grooming.
Orval and his staff are top notch. Couldn't ask for better customer service.
