Orval and his staff make your dog their first priority. Not only do they pride themselves on gorgeous grooming, but the health and safety of your pet in their care is paramount. I have a rescued "special needs" standard poodle, and am very cautious about where I will take him. Some places will take every dog that comes in the door, putting them in crowded kennels even if they are booked full, just to make one more dollar, and overcrowded kennels are difficult to keep clean, which spreads disease. Very Disappointed in Orval's customer service Hung up on my brother in law. Charges for extra days. Told they would be credited the next time and they weren't. Told they needed updated shot records so they got those and then told the needed another shot. We got it after waiting 45 minutes in the clinic next door then today told them again they don't have shot records and won't take her until she does. Just not what you would expect from a clean family business. Very Saddened by this.
They took such great care of my Cat Big Boy when he was there. He does a great job on my dogs Joey and Rusty when they are groomed.
Highly recommend! Wonderful staff! Awesome service and they did a great job with my long haired cat! I will be back!!
My girls look absolutely beautiful after their grooming, they look like show dogs. They smell and feel wonderful. Can't keep my hands off them. Orval and staff rock!
