Our dogs and cats have always received the best grooming care at Orval’s. They are very kind
I love this place the best place i have ever worked hands down.
Eric is an amazing person who loves dogs. I trust him with my dogs completely. Sadly, he doesn’t work as much as I’d like.
Orval is always so kind and treats our pup with such love and gentleness. Our pup is always so happy and comfortable when he goes there and returns home!!
We use the doggie day care. My girl is very shy and everyone at Orval's has been kind, loving and understanding. Slowly she is coming out of her shell. I'm pleased with how they work with her individual personality.
Looking on their facebook page I was excited to see someone who could groom cats, and their work on dogs looked wonderful.. However, after getting my cat home, my excitement dissipated. While from afar she looks like she was groomed alright, her fur is incredibly patchy and uneven, varying from about an inch in length to barely above the skin. I could understand if she was a mean or cranky cat, but she's not. I was very disappointed.

We do offer touching up any works that may need fixing. And It's also free of charge if you make an arrangement to come back within 72 hr. of your original appointment. We would love to keep our clients happy.
