RecommendedAbsolutely amazing service...my collie rolled in cat poop in the yard and mindy said come right down and I’ll take care of u...she was a total lifesaver and now I have a very happy and clean collie....highly highly recommend these guys for either grooming or boarding or daycare they have more than earned my business and with get it for sure in the future...

Thank you Rivertails!! I am a very picky person when it comes to my pup and taking her into places. My dog, Maisie, gets pretty nervous at times and especially when I have to drop her off verses staying with her. When we first walked in, I felt very welcome and the staff was incredibly friendly. When I picked up Maisie, she was so happy that she was wiggling and jumping with excitement (I call it her jellybean dance... she does it when she’s at the very top of her happiness level)! my sister came to work in this shop temporarily as an independant and in that time they went through her client list calling and telling them she had closed her business and would be glad to take them.. then took it upon themselves to try to make copies of her client cards.. when asked for them back sherry lied and said she didnt know anything about it.. when her help who she had make the copies pulled them out of the drawer and gave them back at least there is one half honest person working there.. I've always found Orval and his staff to be courteous, and always willing to walk me through what to expect with any of the services they offer. Personable and knowledgeable staff makes for a great experience.
