Great service and great people, always pleased!!! We were very pleased with the service we received from the pick-up to delivery! The guy sent from Ortuno Carpet Cleaning thoroughly explained the extensive cleaning process, given the fact that the 2 carpets had a significant amount of pet urine on them! When he returned them they looked as good as new and the smell was gone! Great job! They also repaired a small piece of damaged fringe at no extra charge! Ortuno Carpet Cleaningn is the best!!
