I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with there technician Greg. He cross-threaded the main hot water line under my sink, causing the union to blow off while nobody was home, flooding my basement and costing THOUSANDS in UN-NEEDED repairs.

They came the next day after I called to strip an appointment and fixed my shower cartridge and mixing value quickly and were very reasonably priced. 5 stars!!
