We paid $18000 for an HVAC system that doesn’t work properly. We paid an unknown amount of money for plumbing that was improperly done and now our master bathroom tub can’t be used because it leaks, which we didn’t realize until it came through the ceiling under the tub. And our pipes to our master bathroom freeze when it’s cold outside. So I have a faulty HVAC, a ruined ceiling, a useless tub and frozen pipes.
