What a disappointment! The only positive was that the actual clean of the carpet and the initial customer service via phone to book the job. However, everything in between has been awful. To begin with Mike text that he would 10 minutes late, which turned out to be 60 minutes. He then was very rude and dismissive to my mum with a racial under tone, which was witnessed by my dad’s career. Wouldn’t touch Michael or his business with a barge pole. I believe he never intended to give us the full services ie a clean and dry (2 and a half hours work he told me). I asked him on more than one occasion exactly how long it would take for our sofa and carpets to dry. He told me about 2hours……… some 31 hours later we could finally use them,. He.left us after just an hour , made no attempt to dry anything and left everything wringing wet. For that stunning service he charged me £160. Not bad for an hours work. Michael yo... read more
