Luis was able to find a damaged air hose that another mechanic I have been going to for years was unable to. He also replaced my tires and advised me of brakes that needed to be replaced. He took a picture of my brake pad wear, showed me the actual damaged air hose, and showed me the packaged new air hose that came in from Honda. He is honest, provides education, and goes above and beyond. Excellent customer service! I couldn't be happier.
