Great place and sweet workers! Assisted me with questions of my tire pressure, and shared with me no need for new tires yet. I know where to come for new tires as these owners/workers are very knowledgeable. Thank you!!
Now I see why they have a sign saying they're not responsible for damaging your wheels upon tire mounting. 2024 explorer on its 1st tire change. They scratched all 4 wheels up. When I asked, all of a sudden they didn't understand English anymore and pointed at the sign. If you love your wheels, go elsewhere. Im telling you. Dont ignore this review if you do. Thanks.
Please don’t let the bad reviews deter you from doing business with them, I pulled up here today expecting the worst based off the reviews. Instead I was met immediately by Nico and he helped me. Gave me great tires at a fair price. I definitely recommend Ortiz Tires. Mind you this was a Sunday morning around 9am
