I’ve gone twice for tire repairs, súper nice staff
Needed help with a flat tire that happened at the start of vacation travel. Luckily Ortiz Tire was still open. We were greeted quickly and the punctured tire was plugged and reinstalled in a flash—all at an amazing price! So thankful to have found Ortiz Tire when we really needed the help.
I called this place to price tires. The man who answered the phone was extremely rude and incompetent. I gave him the entire tire size, and he said that is not the size and to call back when I know the size because he is busy. He said, "Oh my God!" I called and confirmed with a mechanic that I had the correct tire size, and I did indeed.
