Just recently had my car serviced and the entire experience was 10/10... Very affordable, fast and efficient and the crew was super friendly and attentive... Thank you Ortiz shop for the wonderful experience!
I was traveling from out of town and my car broke down at a gas station around the corner and when I called to see if they would be able to help me Luis knew exactly where I was and came to me to check out my car. I was an hour away from my destination and had my friend come pick me up. He was so considerate to let me know that his shop didn’t have AC and it would be best for me to hang out at the gas station with my luggage (still in my car) and would come back to tow my car to his shop. I highly recommend this place, they have highly skilled mechanics, they will try to help you out as much as they can. They are honest about what is wrong with your vehicle which saves time and money. I have used them numerous times and Im always very thankful for the work they have done for me. They always tell me if they encounter an issues meanwhile working on the vehicle and gave me options of what they could do to help, they would give me options of a cheep fix, expensive fix and their recommendation.
