My Daughter was coming Home from College and broke down just North of Raymondville, TX. The tire of the car was wanting to come off so I Called Ortiz Shop and he responded immediately like within the hour he went to go pick up my car with his wrecker. This was on a Friday he took it back to his shop and fixed it the same day Wow!!!! He was very polite and kept me and my wife updated with everything that was going on. Luis fixed my car door when I could not get it to open from inside or outside. He also fixed my window now both work very well! Definitely recommend!

I was traveling from out of town and my car broke down at a gas station around the corner and when I called to see if they would be able to help me Luis knew exactly where I was and came to me to check out my car. I was an hour away from my destination and had my friend come pick me up. He was so considerate to let me know that his shop didn’t have AC and it would be best for me to hang out at the gas station with my luggage (still in my car) and would come back to tow my car to his shop.
