Baton Rouge Branch: This fraudulent company took my $15k deposit for the new roof metal package order (post hurricane Ida) and pretended to have the order in processing and on its way for nearly two months. Months later, learned, owner/manager, Mr. Caleb Deeter, abandoned the repairs (didn’t even know what he was doing) and NEVER placed the metal order, and the company that he said he was getting the metal from informed me they have NEVER done business with Ortiz; they are not a customer and there was NO metal order placed. ... read more
This is a wonderful company. I've met Tony, who lives in the same neighborhood, and he helped me fix my fence......FREE OF CHARGE!!!! Hurricane Ida had destroyed the majority of my wooden fence and because of how costly the repair would be, I would have still to this day not been able to afford the repairs. Tony had been assessing roofs in my neighborhood when he saw me attempting to repair the fence myself. He was especially polite and completely shocked me when he started helping with the fence.
