Personally one of my least favorite doctors that I've been to, he's basically trying to rush you out of the door. At least in my experience it felt like he was dismissive of my concerns rather than addressing them. He also talks so fast that my partner and I missed maybe half of the things that were said, maybe that's just a personal issue on us but just trying to give y'all the full picture. I will however say everyone else in the facility that I interacted with was very kind and attentive.

Incredible. Dr Richard Ortiz is a highly skilled, compassionate, highly efficient and has incredibly good bedside manner. His nurse Angela is a gem! She is thorough , kind, has wonderful follow through and attention to detail. I have been seen by other providers at Clay Platte Family Mecicine and received impeccable care from everyone. I highly recommend Clay Platte Family Medicine for their caring attitude, genuine concern for patients and efficiency for patient care. They always make me feel like a person, not a number.
