I’m so impressed with the job that Oscar and his crew did on my deck! They tore down my old 25 year old out-of-code rotten deck and built a brand new one that looks amazing and feels super solid. The footers were rotted and were replaced with deep, solid concrete footers built to last. The railing tops are now extra wide, so they are not only sturdy but perfect for holding drinks. I just had my deck done by Ortiz and Remodeling, and I have to say that I'm totally satisfied with the great job that was done. I was told that it might take a week for completion, they had it done in 4 days. They were on time, very dependable, and no trash was left behind. I usually don't do reviews, but this company definitely deserves a shout out. Oscar, thank you for the GREAT job that you did. You're the man.
Fantastic job on a pool deck we had built. Quality workmanship and paid attention to every detail. Was clear throughout the process about cost, timeline and supplies.
