Norma Ortiz and her staff were wonderful during the entire bankruptcy process. I was trying to get out of a timeshare and they made the process very easy with no stress. Norma Ortiz and her team were wonderful. They guided me through a scary process with professionalism and expertise, and kindness. I had a LOT of questions during the process, and they were always swift to reply and never made me feel like I was being annoying or dumb. You need a touch of humanity when going through a bankruptcy, and Ortiz and Ortiz supplied that in addition to their efficiency and expertise. Highly highly recommended if you need someone to guide you through Chapter 7.
