Great people and great service! I got a flat on the way from Longview to Dallas to catch a flight. I was too close on time to make it with my spare. Naturally, this happened at 7 p.m. when all the tire stores in Tyler were closed or were about to close. I called the Ortiz shop, and they offered to stay open to change out my tire. They got me fixed up and back on the road in less than fifteen minutes. And...I made my flight. Many thanks to the Ortiz family!

We were on way to Tucson Arizona. On a real bad rain storm when we had a flat..we happen to be in Tyler.Texas on way back from Shreveport Louisiana was raining so had we had to get off freeway..we went online found Ortiz tires ..Mr. Oriz was very polite and his wife and helper were very nice. People...put on a New tire balanced and for $75 dollars we made it home thanks...oh yah they were opened early...Yeeeeeeehaaaaaaaaa
