Had a thermostat/controller issue with my heat-pump system. Very easy to make the service call appointment; Alex showed-up as scheduled and did a thorough, professional check-out of the system to diagnose the problem with eventual resolution for this happy customer.

I found myself in a difficult situation. During an inspection for a new air conditioning installation, the inspector informed me that the furnace installed in my home two years earlier had never been permitted. When I contacted the original installer, he confirmed that no permit had been pulled—and that he was not licensed.
