We had our old furnace replaced with a heat pump and air conditioner. The work was done neatly and in a timely manner. I am happy to recommend this company.
I've now used Ortiz HVAC in three different houses, and every time, Alex and his team go above and beyond. They are reasonably priced, reliable, on-time, detail-oriented, and super professional. For two houses, they did a full replacement of the HVAC system, and the process was so seamless, including city inspections. In 2021, our Carrier wonder-furnace failed right at the peak of COVID panic, and Alex made time in his schedule to come out and diagnose it very soon after I called. It was apparently a very unusual problem with these furnaces, but his experience and expertise with these exact models led him to the correct diagnosis before very long. New furnace needed. Ortiz HAC just finished our renovation and while we are thrilled with our heat pump, we're equally happy about our experience with the company and its people. Ours was a challenging job, in a tough permit environment. Things did not always go as planned. We had Ortiz heating and air conditioning updated both are furnace and AC, the two gentlemen that did the work were outstanding, the upgrade was done quickly and the install was done very clean, will definitely use them for our heating and ac needs moving forward
