Purchased an item that was advertised as in stock and ready to ship and was told that it would ship the very next day. Its been 3 days and still nothing. Definitely filing a dispute with my credit card. Thanks for wasting my time! I will purchase elsewhere.
A complete waste of time and scam. Placed an order and got an email that it would take at least 3 weeks because all of the pods are custom made with OEM PARTS. After a month, I contacted them. They said that my order was being inspected and then would ship. Finally got my product and it is not custom at all. The gauge pod I got was a flimsy abs plastic GlowShift gauge pod, directly sent from the manufacturer. I saw a review on here that complained that they got a Silverado pillar which doesn't fit their Tahoe. I specifically mentioned this when I ordered, I mentioned the bad review and that I had a Tahoe and I still got a Silverado pillar. It leaves a huge gap between the pillar and my dashboard. I contacted them about it in early January about 2 months ago and every time I email they keep telling me a few more weeks. I'm done waiting and I doubt they will ever make this right. I'll be moving on.
I am extremely disappointed with this company. The service and communication are absolutely terrible. You constantly have to ask for updates yourself because no one provides any information proactively. Even after I clearly addressed the communication problems by email, nothing improved. My order was processed in the United States and was supposed to be shipped to Germany. After waiting three months, I was told that the product was about to be shipped. Absolutely amazing service they are super responsive to my e-mails and are really transparent with the proces if the gauge pod.
