Great service and excellent quality work
I ordered a custom gauge pod from this comp any. They sent me a pod that wasn’t anything close to what i originally ordered and it was also broken and the material was cheaply made. I contacted them and sent it back. They sent me a new one and it still wasn’t the correct part. Now I email them and they don’t respond. I do not recommend this company at all.
My experience with Ortiz Custom Pods was about as bad of an experience as you can possibly have with a company. It started with me ordering a pod for my truck and then receiving a pod for a different kind of vehicle. The part sat new and unused for roughly 10 months while my vehicle was under construction and getting supercharged . Waited a month but wasn’t aware parts have to located to add on the pods. Arrived very well package plenty of bubble wrap and paper. first impression was surprised good quality pods is very tuff build installation was a breeze transferred part over to new cluster friends love it and I’m a fan of product gained a customer.
Honestly, the only thing I have to complain about is the wait time. After receiving the pod, It made it worth the wait. Quality and craftsmanship is perfect. Better than I expected tbh. Spoke with the owner at one point to be reassured everything was on track. From time of purchase to arrival was 8-10 weeks. Over all I’m happy with the outcome.
