Ortiz Construction quickly responded and gave me a free estimate on replacing some major subfloor/flooring damage. Martin Ortiz performed the work and was very thorough. He took his time to insure the work was completed right. We were very happy with the finished product. Will use again in the future.
Iván and his crew came as soon as I called them. Because of the strong storms during the weekend we were having water come in through the roof. Iván Ortiz assessed the problem and fixed the flashing and replaced the rotted wood fast before new rain was coming. Their price was reasonable and they double checked with the hose that water will not be coming in. I can't recommend them enough. Gracias, Ortiz Construction!
