I normally wouldn’t review a contractor based solely on a quote, but this estimate was so egregious that I feel compelled to warn others. We received a quote of $135,000 for labor only for a project on a 13×13 kitchen renovation—translating to over $25,000 per week for a project estimated to take 5 weeks. While there were times that I hoped for better communication processes. The overall standards and effort were sufficient. In addition I used them via home depot as the primary integrator and I have provided them a review elsewhere. Safe to say these guys did well with what they were given, which was not much. Keep a sharp eye when making major changes (which should be default) as the home owner and do expect to be conscious and play an active role in tracking progress and issues that come up. Otherwise a solid contractor.
Quality work on a partially custom kitchen. Some plumbing was found in a wall that was removed and that was not expected. All in all a good experience, and we are enjoying our kitchen.
We had a small job. Toilets were replaced throughout the house. A microwave was replaced, and some cabinets were installed in the laundry room. They protected our floor and worked quickly. I went through home depot.
I don't normally give reviews unless I think I should be honest to save other people from experiencing the terrible experience I had. The landlord at my place had the kitchen remodeled 3 years ago. Angie came out and did the measurements, they were off because there were cabinets had to be adjusted to get them to work. It took them over 2 weeks to finish a small kitchen countertops, sink, and cabinets. It took them 6 hours to install a mounted microwave.
