Silvano was responsive with scheduling, on time and slightly under budget. He did a fantastic job and I felt it was reasonable for what we had done. Did I mention the carpets look amazing? Will totally use him again.

Silvano did such a beautiful job cleaning up our carpeted stairs after years of pet hair build up. We had some flyaway carpet strings here and there from the kitties. I did not expect him to clean all of that up! The stairs now look brand new and smell so fresh. No sign of pet accidents. Our living room rug is as vibrant as the day we brought it home. This is a brief review but, I will say that Silvano Ortiz is a very pleasant person to deal with. He made my carpets and couches look brand new. He made sure that I was happy with his work, which I was. I highly recommend his services.
