This is a brief review but, I will say that Silvano Ortiz is a very pleasant person to deal with. He made my carpets and couches look brand new. He made sure that I was happy with his work, which I was. I highly recommend his services.
Absolutely one of our favorite things is to have Ortiz Carpet Cleaning out to our home, Always good attention to detail, leaving our home feeling refreshed and clean. They come all the way from Cloverdale to Cobb Mountain and we feel so grateful to have them.
I was amazed with the results Silvano achieved. We had waited too long and our floors really needed help. After a morning of very hard work the kitchen tile grout is a color I never thought possible. Also cleaned were area rugs and carpet. They are clean clean clean and feel good on our feet. All pet odors were eliminated! Silvano arrived on time, his equipment organized, and he efficiently and pleasantly completed the work. Strongly recommend!
