First I’ll say I was in a pinch to get my stairs cleaned for a yearly inspection. Despite my better half telling me to call them two weeks ago I waited until last minute like usual. I called in the morning and told them my situation. Although they were completely booked for a whole week. They were able to fit me in SAME DAY! Silvano was responsive with scheduling, on time and slightly under budget. He did a fantastic job and I felt it was reasonable for what we had done. Did I mention the carpets look amazing? Will totally use him again.
