Oscar came to quote a bathroom paint job. Said he'd give me a bid in 2 days. Nothing in over 2 weeks. Called 3 times, no response. I'm glad I didn't get him to do it or who knows if it ever would get done!
Oscar came out in December to quote a demo and rebuild of two decks. I accepted the bud and signed the paperwork. Seven months later, he still hasn't started. The worst part is how unresponsive he is to my emails and calls. I asked him in June for a final ETA and he said end of month. Weeks have gone by and no word from him. I finally called and left a message asking if they want the job or not. If not, fine- just let me know and I will look for someone else.
