ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I really can't say enough about the excellent service I experienced at Ortiz Body shop! I went in two days ago to get a quote on a repair and was looking to have it fixed as soon as possible so that I would not cause more damage to my vehicle if the parts were loose at highway speeds.
