Edit: I was so happy with the service from Mr. Ortiz and his crew that I took my car back to them to be completely repainted (last picture) to match how brand new they made my fender/bumper look. Great communication and service as always. I had my car back before I knew it! You don’t just pay for work here, you pay for excellency. Thank you so much Ortiz body shop for getting my Dodge charger fixed and back to the way I bought it , was fixed less then 2 weeks and was fast . I recommend going to his shop great work and nice thank you.

Went in due to hitting a raccoon on the way to work and they fixed my bumper, radiator, and a/c condenser in 10 days! Very pleased with the quick turn around and quality of work. Mr. Ortiz worked directly with GEICO so all I had to do was pay my deductible and things went so smooth. He also had his daughter drop me off at Enterprise because he knew they'd take an hour or two to come pick me up for my rental. Top notch, quality service. Will come here for all future needs.
