I was sent Mr. Ortiz' direction by a coworker who had a great experience with him. After seeing for myself, I am happy to say the shop did a great job repairing the door of our 2021 Toyota Corolla and it looks as good as new. Something I am especially grateful for is Roberto was able to salvage the damaged door and back panel (another body shops said they could not do this) which saved my wife and I a very significant amount on replacement parts. Ortiz Body Shop restored our 1963 F85 Cutlass convertible. They did an absolutely amazing job. Their customer service, the timing of the work, and the price were all phenomenal.
